ABOUT TVD (UK) Ltd

TVD (UK) Ltd (Thermal Vacuum Dehydration) is a subsidiary of TVD Holdings and provides the sales, marketing,
technical, operational and maintenance support for DryVac technology in Europe (including Scandinavia and Central &
Eastern Europe).

DryVac technology was developed in the mid 1990’s by Dan Simpson, owner of DES Inc (Dehydration and Environmental
Services) and has been promoting its technology in the UK since 2001, with TVD becoming involved in April 2002.
The registered office for TVD (UK) Ltd is in Clifton, Bristol, but also has an office in Gloucester.

Promotion of DryVac in the UK and Ireland initially began within the water companies and later within a wider range
of industries. Although water companies could see the merits of the technology they were reluctant to deploy it, even though
over 40 DryVac installations were in operation outside of the UK. The breakthrough came when agreement was reached with
Severn Trent Water to supply a sludge drying service using DryVac on a number of their sewage treatment sites.

To support interest in the technology, the company has built a team of engineering, operational and technical specialists,
and is developing a sales and marketing presence to exploit the many and varied opportunities this interest has identified.
Mobile test rigs are available in the UK with which it is possible able to replicate the operation of full scale installations, and
so develop operating protocols for new applications.
